Some organisations prefer to run their fundraiser using an order form, rather than people taking home the product to sell. While this method is not as sucessful, we are happy to provide order forms on request.
Copies of order forms can be downloaded from: livingfundraisers.com.au/tips-and-info/downloads.
Please contact us and advise the number of printed copies you require, along with your postal delivery address.
How to run an order form fundraiser
It’s really easy to get started…
To place an order just call 1300 848 993 or email info@livingfundraisers.com.au.
Please advise:
- The product (vegies, herbs, cards or drinks)
- Number of order forms you’d like
- Delivery address for order forms
- Name of fundraising organisation and billing address (ie: who to invoice)
- Your name, phone number and email address
We will send you the forms for distribution to your participants/families.
We recommend that you ask your participants to return the forms within 2 weeks and then allow an extra week to chase up stragglers.
You then place an order with Living Fundraisers (we will send you a template for this). We then bill you and courier your order for distribution back to your participants.
For each item you order:
